Due to the nature of our business, we do not issue refunds for food or beverages once they have been prepared or consumed. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are dissatisfied with the quality of your food or drink, please contact us within 24 hours of your visit. Exchanges
If your order is incorrect or not up to the standards we aim to uphold, we will gladly offer an exchange for the correct item. Please keep the receipt and return the item as soon as possible so we can correct the issue.
